Submissions are due at 4pm April 28th. In addition to the secret 5 word phrase, please remember to put your complete name and contact information. The first 17 correct entries will be awarded the prizes. Winners will be announced May 14th and names published in the June issue of SPOTLIGHT on the ARTS and our website – surreyfestival.com.
